⏰ LATE POLICY There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. Anything beyond 15 minutes is considered a No-Show, and a 90% No-Show fee will be charged to the card on file. ❌ CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS • Appointments canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • Appointments canceled within 1 hour of the scheduled time are considered a No-Show, and a 90% No-Show fee will be charged. • If the card on file declines, the fee must be paid via Venmo, Cash, Apple Pay. New appointments cannot be booked until the balance is paid. • Two No-Shows will result in being blocked from future appointments. 💳 CARD FEES All card transactions include a 3.5% processing fee, including No-Show and cancellation fees. 💵 REFUND POLICY There are no refunds on services, or fees.
